Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed via our official website or mobile application.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Payment must be made in full before order confirmation.
Once an order is placed, cancellation is only possible before dispatch.
Delivery Policy
We deliver to select pin codes in India. Delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability.
While we strive to deliver on time, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport issues, etc.) are possible.
If a product arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours with clear photos to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
